Studio Based Sessions
Headshots New York provides both indoor studio based and outdoor location sessions in Manhattan. Group rates are available for sessions at business locations.Please call 347.843.1684 or email to schedule an appointment.
Pricing for individual subjects starts at $225 for a half hour session - avg 150 images.
Outdoor Locations
Outdoor sessions are available throughout the metro area. Pricing for specific locations vary based on distance/travel logistics.

Hours of Operation
Hours are flexible including possible short notice, after hours and weekend sessions.
Makeup
A current list of freelance makeup artists will be provided upon request. The MUAs listed are independent contractors who must be secured and paid directly by the client.
An average session price for the makeup artists listed is $150-$175.
Some MUAs include light hair only and others offer more extensive hair services for an additional fee. Please dicuss those specifics directly with the MUA you are considering.
Alternately, clients may feel free to come prepared in advance and/or provide for their own makeup.
(Acting headshots usually work best with natural looking makeup and hair down.)
Wardrobe
Unless otherwise arranged, clients are responsible for their own wardrobe. Unlimited wardrobe changes are permitted during the session.
Darker solid colors are usually best, especially on location. Please avoid white clothing outdoors when possible. At least three options are recommended.
A professional wardrobe specialist can be refered upon request. Recommended wardrobe stylists are independent contractors who may be secured and paid directly by the client.
(In-studio preparation time including wardrobe and makeup is factored as part of the session time.)
Scheduling/Deposit
A 50 percent deposit is required to secure an appointment. If a scheduling adjustment is necessary, please call prior to 48 hours of your appointment.
